    Crafting the right message takes work. A good marketing copywriter knows that different content mediums each require a unique writing format. I’ve spent years writing and testing compelling copy across social media, email, blogs, brochures, website landing pages and videos. I can help with copy for full life-cycle campaigns starting with pithy one liners and subject lines to long form articles, and everything in-between.     A great set of brand guidelines will help your team understand your brand’s personality inside and out. It should arm them with everything they need to know about how to use and not use your brand. And it should list everything about brand colours, slogans, fonts, typography, logos, and sub-brands.

    I’ve built my career around bringing together stakeholders, suppliers, and brand partners. Whether I liked it or not (just kidding), collaboration is at the heart of everything that I do. I’ve been involved in the early stages of securing meetings, introducing, and negotiating deals, signing them over the dotted line and handling (all the boring legal stuff), and working with them on exciting activation campaigns (the fun stuff).

  • I’m an expert in developing high-level content strategies that cover ideation and delivery across the full user experience. That includes, Meta lead generation ad campaigns, landing pages on ecommerce and sales websites, SEO, paid search, newsletters, and automations.

    I’ve pulled together countless end-to-end multi-channel campaigns targeting unique audiences. To keep the user journey consistent (and myself sane), I use a failproof content planner. It maps out where the content will be posted, why it’s going out aka the objectives, who the audience(s) are, what they need to know (i.e., what information needs to be included in every version), when it’s likely to perform best, and which versions are performing best. Message phasing and a/b testing is a strategist’s best friend.

  • I’m experienced in gathering useful data to support long and short-term objectives, decision making and forecasting. I’ve spent over 6 years working with customer relationship management tools and in-data CMS systems like Salesforce, Zeta, Shopify Plus, WordPress and Marketing Cloud. And I actually really do like Excel.

I can help you get set up for success by setting up your Google Analytics 4 account from scratch, setting out your digital KPI’s and tags, running reports, building dashboards and figuring out why that last campaign of yours bombed. I’m also experienced in pulling together SWOT and competitor analyses to measure the risks and benefits of implementing new technologies, marketing mediums and app integrations.
